# 体验热图

投了一个弹窗或改了一段页面，用户到底怎么反应？体验热图**只用看过这个体验的那部分访问**来画热图，所以能直接回答"改完之后，用户的行为变了没有"。

## 开始之前 <a href="#before-you-start" id="before-you-start"></a>

* 需要 **Ptengine Insight 的付费套餐**
* **不用预先设置** —— 投放中的体验会自动生成热图
* 用“查看体验热图”打开需要 Insight 权限；但**通过共享链接打开的人不需要权限**

## 和 Insight 热图的区别 <a href="#difference-from-insight-heatmap" id="difference-from-insight-heatmap"></a>

所以同一个页面、同一个时间段，两边的热图**长得不一样是正常的**，不是数据出错。

## 能用它做什么 <a href="#what-you-can-do" id="what-you-can-do"></a>

* **投放前后对比** —— 看改动到底有没有改变用户的浏览和点击
* **A/B 测试按版本对比** —— 各版本的热图并排看，比只看转化率更能解释"为什么赢"
* **最多同时比较 6 个页面**，不同条件的热图可以放在一个标签页里对照
* 生成的链接可以直接分享给没有账号的同事

### 打开这个体验，点右上角的“查看热图”

按钮在体验详情页的头部，**更多**和**编辑体验**之间，不分标签页，任何时候都在。

### A/B 测试：勾选要对比的版本

做了 A/B 测试的体验，勾选想并排比较的版本名称，它们会在同一屏里对照显示。

### 用工具栏或细分深入看

打开后，顶部工具栏和右侧的细分图标都能用，和从 Insight 打开的热图操作完全一样。

## 注意事项 <a href="#notes" id="notes"></a>

**弹窗类体验的创意，在热图上也会按显示条件出现。** 比如显示条件是“进入页面 X 秒后”，那就得打开热图**等够 X 秒**才能看到它，不是没生成。
