Ptengine 的智能热力图，基于已部署的基础代码采集的数据，可以快速分析用户在内容上的**停留时间 / 离脱 / 点击 / 转化**等行为。

智能摘要还会读取实际的页面构成，结合采集到的数据，由 AI 自动解释「为什么会发生这种情况」。

通过 8 个功能模块，您可以全面了解页面上发生的所有用户行为。

## 开始之前 — 设定顺序很重要

要充分利用智能热力图的功能，请按以下顺序进行设定：

① 设定 转化目标（CV）
② 设定 区块
③ 设定 元素
```

## 动态站点的支持

Ptengine 自开发之初就采用了动态热力图技术，**不是简单的静态页面捕捉**，而是采用支持动态页面的高级渲染技术。

汉堡菜单、巨型菜单、轮播、手风琴等动态内容、自适应站点，乃至先进的交互设计与 SPA 都能正常计测。

通过工具栏的 **画面操作模式**，还可以查看打开了 Tab 或手风琴状态下的热力图。详见 [工具栏功能](/cn/insight/smart-heatmap/toolbar.md)。

## 注意事项

热力图可能无法正确取得数据的情况：

* 嵌入了 iframe 的页面
* 使用 JavaScript 动态生成 ID 的站点
* 页面高度或内容频繁变更
* 同一页面内 ID 名称重复
