# 工具栏功能

讲解所有热力图 tab 共通的工具栏功能。这些功能可以大幅扩展分析的范围。

## (1) 页面切换

切换分析对象页面的功能。

* 工具栏左端的⇄图标可以切换到其他页面
* 可按 URL · 排除参数 URL · 页面分组为单位选择对象
* 开启「**参数合并模式**」可以合算 URL 参数不同的页面（例如 `?utm_source=google` 和 `?utm_source=facebook`）的数据
* 也可以切换到已保存的页面版本

## (2) 数据时段

选择数据分析时段的功能。

* 热力图可选的最长时段是 **31 天**
* 热力图列表画面最长可选 **180 天**
* 做实施前后对比时，请保持时段一致

## (3) 分群

按特定条件筛选访客的功能。可以组合多个分群条件。

### 可用分群条件示例

| 流入源  | 搜索引擎、活动、引荐网站、社交、无引荐 |
| 设备   | OS、浏览器              |
| 地域   | 国家、地区               |
| 访客类型 | 新访客、回访              |

### 使用场景

* 比较搜索引擎来访和广告来访的用户在页面上的行为差异
* 确认移动端和 PC 端的用户离脱点是否不同
* 比较新访客和回访用户的关注内容差异

## (5) 共享

生成热力图共享链接的功能，便于团队内共享热力图。

* 仅需点击链接即可查看相同条件的热力图
* 方便与团队成员分享分析结果

## (6) 页面设定

可在一处集中设定转化·区块·元素·CTA 的功能。

## (7) 帮助·客服支持

文档和客服支持的入口。遇到问题时使用。

## (8) 热力图刷新

将显示数据更新到最新状态的功能。觉得数据没有反映时使用。

## (15) 设备切换

选择访问端设备类型的功能。

不同设备的用户行为模式差异大，建议切换设备做对比分析。

## (17) 画面操作模式

在热力图上对页面进行常规操作（展开/折叠手风琴、展开汉堡菜单等）的模式。

查看动态内容（折叠、轮播、巨型菜单等）的热力图时使用。

> 产品内显示为「**画面操作模式**」。

## (18) 页面保存

保存页面构成文件的功能。即使页面改版后，也能用改版前的页面设计查看热力图。

* 在热力图画面内，或 URL 切换栏可以保存
* 智能热力图中可以在每个热力图类型内添加历史热力图

### 使用场景

* 改版前保存页面，与改版后数据对比
* 保存 A/B 测试的各版本作为记录
* 时间序列追踪设计变更的效果

## 色彩调节条

调节热力图色彩上限值（变红的阈值）的工具。截图中没有编号，但工具栏上始终可用。

* 把滑块移到**左**边 → 上限值降低，红色和黄色增多
* 把滑块移到**右**边 → 上限值升高，整体红色和黄色变少

数据偏向严重，整个页面变成全红（或全透明）难以分析时使用。
