Warning: Cancellation during an active contract period is subject to the Ptengine Terms of Use, Article 6, Section 5, which requires payment for the remaining contract period. Please be aware of this beforehand.

Credit Card or PayPal Payment

If you are paying by credit card or PayPal, you may cancel during the contract period; however, please note that refunds cannot be issued.

Bank Transfer Payment

To cancel, please contact us at [email protected] at least one month before your desired contract end date to request cancellation. After we receive your cancellation request email, we will send a confirmation reply along with the cancellation month to your email address within 7 business days.
