Stop Auto-Renewal for Online Payments
Online payments are set to auto-renew. To stop the auto-renewal (cancel your subscription), you will need to perform the following steps on your end.
① This action cannot be undone, so please proceed with caution. ② In accordance with Article 6, Section 5 of the Ptengine Terms of Use, payment for the remaining contract period will be required. Please be aware of this beforehand. ③ If you are using the WordPress plugin, deleting the plugin will not stop the automatic payment renewal.
Cancellation Steps for Online Plans
If you wish to cancel your online plan, select the relevant project and go to "Plan & Usage" under "Plan Confirmation / Purchase" in the admin panel.
You can stop the auto-renewal by clicking "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the screen. Cancelling will stop the renewal for the next billing cycle. You will still be able to use the plan until the end of the current contract period.
Example: ■ Renewal date: February 1 ■ If auto-renewal is stopped on January 19, the plan will be downgraded to the free version on February 1 of the following month.
A confirmation popup for cancellation will appear. Please confirm and click "Cancel Subscription".
Please fill out the cancellation survey and click "Cancel". This will complete the cancellation. After the usage period ends, your plan will automatically be downgraded to the free version. If you wish to continue using an online payment plan after cancellation, please purchase a new plan.
Insight
Some features may be restricted or unavailable. Please pay particular attention to the following:
After downgrading from a paid plan to the free plan, you will be able to view access data for the past 2 months and heatmap-related data for the past 1 month from the date of viewing. However, heatmap data will only be available for 1 URL.
The URL settings for heatmaps will be reset to unset. To view past heatmaps, please set the URL you wish to view in "Project Settings" >> "Heatmap" >> "Page Management".
