> Experience Heatmap is a Ptengine-exclusive feature that allows you to analyze the results of experiences delivered in Experience using heatmaps.

### **Benefits of Experience Heatmap**

#### 1. One-Stop Analysis Process 🔄

**Features**

Available for paid subscription projects in Ptengine Insight

Automatically generates heatmaps for all delivered experiences

No pre-configuration required

#### 2. Effective Comparative Analysis 🔍

**Features**

Heatmap comparison before and after experience delivery

Pattern-by-pattern comparison for A/B tests

Simultaneous comparison of up to 6 pages

#### **3. Building Team Capabilities 🤝**

**Features**

Easy link sharing functionality

Easy-to-understand visual data representation

You can view the heatmap from each experience's report screen.

You can compare and analyze heatmaps of up to 6 pages with different conditions in a single tab.

## **Data Specifications**

**Rendering Specifications**: The experience heatmap is rendered based on access data from "visits (sessions) where the experience was displayed."

**Regarding Viewing Permissions:** When viewing the heatmap from "View Experience Heatmap," you need Ptengine Insight permissions (however, if accessing via a shared URL, no permissions are required).

**Regarding Web Engagement Heatmaps**: Creatives will be displayed on the heatmap screen according to the experience's display conditions. (For example, if the display condition is "X seconds after visiting the page," you need to wait X seconds after opening the heatmap.)

**Difference from Insight Heatmap**: The Insight heatmap aggregates and displays access data from all users, not just those who see the experience. Therefore, for pages where experiences are being delivered, the rendering results may differ when comparing the Insight heatmap and the experience heatmap for the same period.

## **How to View the Heatmap**

Click the "View Heatmap" button in the quick operations of the management screen or click the "View Heatmap" button in each experience report.

For experiences running A/B tests, check the pattern name you want to compare and analyze side-by-side.

Once the heatmap opens, you can change data conditions and perform deeper analysis using the toolbar at the top or the segment icon on the right, just like the heatmap opened from Insight.

※ Users currently using the new heatmap feature can also view experience heatmap data using the same steps and methods.

> **WARNING** **Tip: Utilizing Interactive Mode and Comparison Features**

> * [Interactive Mode](/en/experience/campaign/experience-heatmap.md) allows you to view heatmaps of other pages while navigating through pages.
> * [Comparison Feature](/en/experience/campaign/experience-heatmap.md) allows you to compare heatmaps before and after experience delivery.
