# Member Invitations and Permission Assignment

## Team Member Management and Project Sharing

With Ptengine, you can invite team members and clients and share project details. This enables efficient collaboration and information sharing.

## Member Invitation

Click \[Member Invitation] in the upper right of \[Member Management], select the email address and permissions to assign, and send the invitation.

## Permission Types

Ptengine provides the following 5 permission levels:

**Creator** Billing plan management

Project settings

Full access to Insights and Experiences

**Administrator** Project management

Member invitation

Includes Publisher permissions

**Publisher** Experience publishing

Includes Editor and Analyst permissions
```

**Editor and Analyst** Data configuration management

Creation and editing of Experiences (cannot publish)

Includes Viewer permissions
```

**Viewer** Viewing and analyzing various reports

## Permission Details

For detailed feature access for each permission level, please refer to the table below:

💡 Each permission level includes all permissions of lower levels. For example, Publishers also have Editor and Analyst permissions.

📌 Creators have the highest level of permissions and can manage all aspects of the project. Viewers, on the other hand, are primarily limited to viewing and analyzing reports.

🔒 Proper permission settings enable access control based on team members' roles, improving security and project management efficiency.
