# アンケートの作成ガイド\_動画

## 概要

ExperienceではPopupバナーを作成する際に、主に以下2つの作成パターンがあります。

1. 画像のみのバナー
2. 画像、テキスト、ボタンなどの要素を組み合わせたバナー

2の場合、上記要素以外にフォームも追加することが可能です。

※一つのポップアップまたは固定バーに1つまで追加できます。

フォーム機能は主にユーザーアンケートの実施に活用され、ユーザーからの直接的なフィードバックや情報収集に役立ちます。
